Mario Cameo

Hi! Wellcome and thank you very much for your interest in this Blog/Web.

I am Mario Cameo, a senior executive with more than 15 years of experience in People Management, Culture, Transformation and Project Management.

I have a lot of experience in remote work (collaboration, facilitation and training). For the last 5 years I have worked without an office, travelling and moving through different cities and countries.

I am an advocate of the Remote-First approach. I think we are all going to work remotely, and it is going to be our way of working by default.

But I really think that a good Remote-First work doesn´t happen naturally. If you want to take advantage of all its benefits in your company, you must understand very well some concepts, and do some strategic work for designing your own guide and running it in your organization.

For this reason, I think a new necessary role is emerging: the Head of Remote Work.
